From performance-based artistry to strength and wellness, these classes build confidence, coordination, and creativity for dancers and non-dancers alike.
Silks (Aerial Arts)
Students build upper body strength, flexibility, and focus as they learn climbs, wraps, and poses on aerial silks.
Mini Movers (Age 5β6) β Introductory aerial work close to the ground with safety mats.
Jamminβ Juniors (Age 7β10) β Building technique and core control with choreographed skills.
Foundations / Progressions / Mastery (Age 11 & up) β Intermediate and advanced instruction in sequencing, strength, and artistic expression.
Adults β A fun, fitness-driven approach to aerial silks that promotes flexibility and strength.
Acrodance
A fusion of dance and tumbling skills in a non-competitive, technique-based environment. Builds flexibility, control, and athleticism.
Prancinβ Preschoolers (Age 3β4) β Introduction to basic acro skills in a fun, story-based setting.
Mini Movers (Age 5β6) β Foundational tumbling with movement integration.
